Description:
When we first started selling software products online last June, we didn't know a crucial mistake we were making. We had no software application to manage customer accounts. So we had no organized system to tell if somebody who just bought our product is a returning customer or what he or she may have bought previously, resulting in multiple customer accounts for the same person. How many customers did we have? - we had no wild idea.
We wanted a customer management system that would automatically generate a username and a password, a system that would tell us if a given username or a given e-mail address is taken by an existing customer. We wanted a system that would give us easy access to other applications. Inevitably, we've built a customer account system of our own.

AFTER |
1.0.5 to 1.0.7 (May 12, 2010)
- Fix: When a customer profile is duplicated, the current date will be inserted instead of the original one.
- A mysterious issue that the password option in Preferences > Data formats will reset itself is fixed, hopefully.
1.0.1 to 1.0.5 (April 23, 2010)
- Updating the product list will also cause the product list on Numbers to be updated.
- Fix: Notes was not in the Unedit mode.
- The application remembers main window's position, where Preferences window will open.
- CST2Manage has a unique way of distinguishing one record from another. So it is possible to have two customer records sharing the same customer ID, password and other fields. With this update, when a new customer ID already exists, the administrator will be given a choice of duplicating the existing record to create another.
1.0.0 to 1.0.1 (April 14, 2010)
- Improvement: The click-copy feature is also available with Write labels.
- Fix: The buttons that the user is not supposed to see under Setup2 are now invisible.
