SHOWN HEREAFER, MACHOUSE IS THE COMPANY AND THE LICENSEE IS THE PERSON WHO HAS PURCHASED THE SOFTWARE APPLICATION IN THE DIGITAL FORM FROM THE COMPANY.  THE SOFTWARE APPLICATION IS THE SOFTWARE PROGRAM FOR WHICH THE LICENSEE HAS PAID FOR.

 

  1. License  Upon payment, the company must provide the licensee with an activation code and a download link to the software application in a timely manner.  The licensee is allowed to use the software application on one terminal.  The licensee is prohibited from revealing his or her software activation code and registration information.

  2. Distribution and redistribution of software  The company is the sole distributor of its software application.  No licensee nor its affiliates nor any party is allowed to distribute, redistribute or resell the software application.

  3. Update and upgrade  The company must provide an update with free of charge upon finding problems that may cause the software application to mulfunction.  When the company releases an upgrade, its price must be set at 50% or lower than the original price of the software application.

  4. Refund  The licensee must have purchased a software license after testing the freeware version and confirming its functions.  Therefore, the company is not obligated to make a full or even a partial refund unless the freeware version is designed intentionally to misrepresent the full version of the software application without stated otherwise on its website.

  5. Technical assistance  The company must provide a fair amount of assistance to make sure that the licensee is able to install and use the software application.  The company will be freed from its obligation in this regard 6 months after licensee's payment.

  6. Disclosure of information  The company is prohibited from willingly disclosing information on the licensee to any party.  However, the user is required to disclose minimum amount of information (name, user login, e-mail address...) to register and use software.
